Meet the Family
Singh & Sonam. Owners, caregivers, neighbors.
We built Vista Hills the way we'd want our own parents cared for — small, calm, and personal. When you call, you get us.
Singh and Sonam have run Vista Hills on Greenburn Drive since 2014. They live on the property, know every resident by name, and are the ones who answer the phone. The home is licensed RCFE #315920278 and capped at six residents by design — not by regulation.
The adult children who call us usually say the same thing: "I want Mom to feel at home — not in a facility. And I don't want to feel like I'm abandoning her." That's the home we built.
No contracts. No pressure.
Month-to-month,
with a free week built in.
Stay as long as it feels right. Cancel anytime. Your second month comes with one week free — most families tell us they never want to leave.

Questions Families Ask
Straightforward answers, no sales talk.
Do you really have openings right now?
As of today we have 3 private rooms available. Availability changes weekly — call and we’ll confirm before you come by.
Is the $6,500 really all-inclusive?
Yes. Care, medication management, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and activities are included. Only partner-provided medical services and durable equipment are billed separately.
Can you support memory care or hospice?
Yes. We support memory care (including Alzheimer’s-related changes) and coordinate with hospice partners as needs evolve. If your loved one requires skilled-nursing-level medical care, a nursing facility is a better fit — we’ll tell you honestly.
What happens in a medical emergency?
Caregivers are trained in first aid and emergency response. We call 911 immediately, stay with your loved one until paramedics arrive, and contact you right away.
Can we try Vista Hills before committing long-term?
Yes. We offer a 2-week trial stay so your loved one can experience daily life at Vista Hills. If it’s not the right fit, you pay only for the days stayed.
Won’t my parent be isolated with only 5 other residents?
The opposite, in practice. Residents eat every meal together, share common spaces, and get consistent one-on-one time with caregivers. Families tell us loved ones are more social here than they were in larger communities.
Who do I talk to when I call?
Singh or Sonam. The phone rings in the house. If we can’t answer, we return calls within a business day.
